Land charges

What is a Local Land Charge Search?

A local land charge search (search) is usually carried out when you buy a property or piece of land. A search can be carried out by your solicitor, or you can order one yourself. The search will show issues or restrictions that are held against the property/land you are buying.

A search is made up of two parts the LLC1 and Con29. Please see submit a local land charge search for more details.
