Trained peer supporters will be at the library to support you in the following areas:
- Thinking about how to feed your baby
- Starting your breastfeeding journey
- What to expect in the early days and weeks
- Expressing and storing milk
- Introducing solids
- Breastfeeding challenges
- Responsive feeding
- Returning to work or study
- Offering a non-biased listening ear and safe space
- Meet other families who are going through the same experiences as you are
Representatives from The Cuddle Collective will also be in the library offering baby carrier advice and checks.
No booking required, just come along.
Feel free to bring along any members of your support network, including siblings and older children. All sessions offer a warm and friendly welcome, plus light refreshments.
