Libraries Meditation group

Curious beginner? Looking for support with an existing practice? 

Spend an hour with Annabeth (Earth Heart Holistic) in a gently held and inclusive space to explore the possibilities of what meditation might mean to you. Annabeth has over ten years of Buddhist meditation and mindfulness experience as well as training in Druidic practices. 

In these sessions we'll build on basic body and breath awareness, as well as expanding into compassion practices and simple visualisation. No previous experience necessary and no commitment required, simply drop in to the sessions as you like.
