What will I need before I apply?
- Completed application form
- Proof of payment of the application fee (where applicable)
- Details of how the premises is managed, the committee structure and how supervision of alcohol sales will be ensured
- Copy of the committee constitution, terms of reference or other management documents
- Copy of the hiring agreement used if the premises is hired out privately which ensures hirers are aware of the licensing objectives and that no offences relating to the supply of alcohol are committed during the period of hire
