What will I need before I apply?
- Completed application form
- Proof of payment of the application fee
- Plan of the premises (where applicable)

Do I need to do anything else?
If you email your application form to us, we will send it to the Responsible Authorities. If you post your application to us then you must send a copy of the application and accompanying documents to all the responsible authorities (listed at the front of the application) on the same day you send it to us. When you receive your licence, you must display the licence summary at your premises where it can be easily seen. The full premises licence should be kept safely somewhere on the premises, available for inspection by the Police or Council officers on request.
