Important information regarding blue badge applications
Due to limited resources and an increased demand for 'blue badges', we're currently experiencing a further delay in the processing of applications. In order to support an expedited delivery of the service, we ask that all blue badge applicants ensure that we're in receipt of a full application.
Please be advised that we're currently working through applications in the date order of which they were received. You'll be contacted once your application has been processed. Please note that contact received via phone or email chasing an application won't expedite your application. The only exception where an application will be expedited is when an applicant is terminally ill.
We thank you for your understanding.
Application guidance is available within this page.
Replace a lost, stolen or damaged Blue Badge
If your badge has been lost or stolen you should contact the police to find out if it's been handed in. If it hasn't, they'll give you a lost item number or crime report number. You can then apply for a replacement below.
We'd strongly advise that when not using your badge you remove it from your motor vehicle.
