- Top course of brickwork has lifted and separated from course below, with some corner bricks loose
- All six chimney stacks have been repaired

Corbel Repair
Approach
- Combining the findings from the corbel tests has culminated in a test repair using the Jesmonite tests mouldings
- The Corbels will be fitted with two stainless steel pins, attached to the brickwork to a depth of 125 mm
- They will be backfilled with cement – and the sofit replaced with marine ply
- The stringer course will similarly be attached with 125 mm pins and the frieze repaired

Stringer Replacement
A replacement stinger course mould and samples were created in Jesmonite using technical drawing from Insall Architects – based on field measurements of the original stinger course.
