Anna Smith
I grew up in Suffolk and moved to the Midlands to study drama at university. Before beginning my career as a primary school teacher, I spent some time as a manager for a small community charity. After a few years in education and coinciding with a move to Shropshire, following marrying my best friend, I decided to take on a new challenge and joined Shropshire Council as one of the Community Wellbeing outreach officers. I have thoroughly enjoyed being part of a team that strives to make a positive difference within the community. I particularly value the opportunity to meet and work with such a wide range of people across Shropshire, which has truly come to feel like home with my family, our young dog Nala and two rabbits Bucky and Kiki.
