Diane Breeze
I'm a well-travelled Capricorn, born into a traditional Shropshire farming family, youngest of seven so I understand all that comes with the farming culture.
Every day is a new and exciting day as a community wellbeing outreach officer. Being part of the Public Health Team in Shropshire Council is a privilege; the team is supportive, fun and knowledgeable.
In my role I get to spend time with diverse communities to listen, understand their needs and the barriers they may face. I can be a voice for them, relaying concerns and sharing positive outcomes to many partners who may not always hear about the great things they're achieving.

Spending time with people is so satisfying; to be part of their journey in achieving better things for their community.
My other great loves are my army veteran husband, my loyal companion Poppy our black labrador retriever, and my passion for nature - trees are my thing! Art and design inspire me and challenge my thoughts and the way I see the world.
My handful of friends are just amazing - we've been sharing our journeys for a lifetime, and on that note I look forward to continuing my journey with you as your community wellbeing outreach officer - its going to be great.
