Suicide prevention helpline

National Suicide Prevention Helpline UK - call 0800 587 0800, 6pm – midnight every day.

CALM

CALM - call 0800 58 58 58, available from 5pm – midnight every day for suicide support. They also have a webchat service.

Nightline Association

Nightline Association - student-run listening and information services for students, open at night when other support services may be closed.

Switchboard

Switchboard - call 0800 0119 100. National LGBTQIA+ support line. Webchat service available from 7pm.

Childline

Childline - call free 0800 1111 (24/7 service). For young people to talk about anything confidentially. Calls aren't recorded, and their number won't show up on any phone bills.

Access for people who are deaf, hard-of-hearing, or speech-impaired
