Sleep difficulties and SEND
Many children with SEND struggle with sleep such as difficulties falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking up too early. Neurodivergent children and young people often have problems with sleep.
Getting plenty of sleep is important for children and young people’s health and development. Sleep problems and lack of sleep can have a big impact on everyone in the family.
