The All In Programme
The All In Programme is part of our early help service for children aged up to the age of 18 who live in Shropshire and have a disability that prevents them accessing universal services without additional support. The programme is managed and commissioned on behalf of Shropshire Council by the Actio Consortium. The Actio Consortium consists of Energize Shropshire Telford and Wrekin, Shropshire Parent and Carer Council (PACC) and Ignition Create CIC.
All In short breaks are available to families when universal services aren't able to meet the needs of their disabled child, and provide a range of opportunities such as youth clubs, holiday schemes, horse riding, cycling, forest school, drama, arts, football and also a log cabin for overnight stays.
To take part you need to register as a member. This is so that we can ensure that our short breaks reach the right families, children and young people, and to ensure that each child is safe and their wellbeing is planned for. Once the membership application is received, it will be checked to ensure that the child or young person is eligible. You can complete the online form following this paragraph or print off an application form (attached to this page).

We'll contact you if we're unsure about anything in the application, need further information or feel there may other services more suitable for your family.
Once registration has been agreed, we'll let you know your child’s All In membership number and you can then book activities in the All-in programme by contacting the activity provider directly. You'll also hear from Actio, who will contact you about the activities and support they offer.
