Working together
This is a draft webpage, and we need your help to co-design and improve it!
People with lived experience, carers, families and staff working together to design, improve and deliver services that work for everyone is what we're striving for.
We'd love your help to develop this webpage, and if you have any feedback about it please email co-production@shropshire.gov.uk
Co-production can be complicated, messy and takes a lot of time. We aim for it to be more than just a buzz word; we want it to be a core part of how we work, focusing on inclusion and strengths to be more effective. We'll also use it to ensure that people who use our services have a voice which is heard and acted on.

We remain committed to the principles of Making it Real, and more information on MiR can be found on the Think Local Act Personal (TLAP) website.
