Leadership and management training to develop coaching skills of supervisors, team leaders and managers and how to develop successful coaching session with their staff.

Training for managers in adult safeguarding under the Care Act (2014) and adult safeguarding principles including Making Safeguarding Personal.

A follow on to Module 4, this is a practical skills-based workshop to encourage parents to agree a parenting plan with their co-parent.

Gain an understanding of motivational interviewing and how to use it in practice to provide “a collaborative, person-centred form of guiding to elicit and strengthen motivation to change” (Miller & Rollnick, 2009)
