What will I need before I apply?

• Completed notice application
  
• Proof of payment of the fee
  
• If your event is not in a fixed premises, for example a field, it is very useful if you can include on the application a specific location, for example by providing the what3words app reference or map coordinates
  
• If you only intend to use part of a premises or location for licensable activities it can be useful to provide a plan which shows this with your TEN
  
• If you email your TEN to us we will forward it to the Police and Environmental Health. If you post it you must also post a copy to the Police (address on application form) on the same day you send it to us. 
  

Do I need to do anything else?

When you receive your TEN it will be an endorsed version of the notice you gave us, signed by a Licensing Officer. You need to keep the TEN in a safe place and whilst the event is taking place display it in a prominent position, or ensure that it is in the custody of a nominated person and available for inspection at all times whilst the premises is being used in relation to the TEN.
