Support for how I'm feeling

Reaching out when you're struggling with your mental health or emotional wellbeing isn't always easy, and finding the right support can take time. But whatever you're facing, you’re not alone. Help is available, and you deserve support.

You can get help at any time

You don't need to wait until things get worse before getting help. You might find it helpful to get support if:

  • You're feeling more worried, anxious or overwhelmed than usual
  • Your mental wellbeing is affecting your ability to enjoy everyday life
  • You're experiencing difficult thoughts or feelings that are difficult to manage or impacting on your daily activities
  • You'd like to access support, guidance or treatment to help you feel better

Finding the right support for you

There are a range of local and national services that can offer support with mental health and wellbeing. Reaching out for help isn't always easy, but you don't have to face things alone. There's support available for everyone, whatever you're going through.

If things become more difficult and you feel you need help urgently, you can call NHS 111 and select the mental health option. If you or someone else is in immediate danger call 999 or go to A&E.
