Download the app
You can download the Connect On-Demand mobile phone app from the Apple App store or Google Play store. Once downloaded to your mobile device, open the app and click ‘Get Started’ to register your details.
Please follow our handy guide for how to complete the registration details and book your first trip. Please be advised that you will need to add a credit/debit card number to your account to book Connect On-Demand, we do not accept cash payments on the bus.
If you have a Concessionary Bus Pass, please contact our booking line on 0345 678 9013 and we will add the details of your concessionary bus pass to your account and enable you to travel for free. You will need to show your Concessionary Bus Pass to the driver when you board the vehicle to gain entry.
Book a journey!
When you are ready to book a journey, simply open the app and select your pick-up and drop-off points.
The app will work out the bus stops that are closest to the locations you have provided. There may be short walk so make sure you check the locations in the app. You will also be asked to confirm the number of passengers who be travelling with you.
At the ‘Schedule’ screen you will be able to set your preferred pick-up or arrival time, so you can choose if you want to travel on the next available bus or make an advanced booking.
If you need to reach your destination for a specific time, we recommend selecting ‘arrive by’ when making your booking. Our clever app will then work out your estimated departure time.
To confirm a journey simply click ‘Book This Journey’. Then when its time, make your way to your pick-up point and wait for one of our friendly drivers to arrive to take you to your destination. You can even track the progress of your bus via the app.

Like all our buses, Connect On-Demand is fully accessible, with low floors and ramp access for wheelchair users, pushchairs, and people with mobility difficulties.
If you are unable to book using the app, you can call us on 0345 678 9013 (phone lines are available Monday to Friday, 10am to 2pm. Excluding bank holidays.)
Please be patient during busy periods – If you need to reach your location at a certain time, please ensure you book early to take any delays into account. If the app states all seats are taken, please check back every 10 minutes for seats to become available.
