- Oswestry – every Thursday 10am to 4pm
- Whitchurch - first and third Tuesday of the month
- Drayton Festival Centre every second Wednesday of the month 10am to 4pm and Market Drayton Library every third Wednesday of the month 10am to 2pm
- Bishops Castle – every first and third Thursday of the month 10am to 4pm
- Shifnal – every second Friday of the month 10am to 4pm
- Highley – every fourth Friday of the month 9.30am to 12pm
- Albrighton – every third Tuesday of the month 10am to 12.30pm
- Broseley – every third Tuesday of the month 2pm to 4pm
- Ellesmere - every fourth Tuesday of the month 10am to 4pm
- Craven Arms - every fourth Tuesday of the month 10am to 4pm

We can help you complete online forms for your council services in a friendly relaxed environment and signpost to relevant partner organisations that may be of help.
It will help to bring with you any relevant paperwork and reference numbers that you have, along with your national insurance number, proof of ID and address if making a new application.
